11-Day Yoga Asanas Challenge
The 11 Yoga Asanas Challenge is a challenge designed to perform 11 different yoga asanas to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. By doing these asanas, you can stretch and gain strength in different parts of your body.

1. Vrksasana (Tree Pose)
This asana is great for improving your balance and strengthening the leg muscles.

2. Virbhadrasana (Warrior Pose)
This asana strengthens your legs, hips, and core.

3. Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose)
This asana opens up your chest and shoulders, improving flexibility.

4. Kurmasana (Tortoise Pose)
Enhances flexibility in the spine and hips, calms the mind, and strengthens the core.

5. Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)
This asana strengthens the back and abdomen and opens the chest and shoulders.

6. Matsyasana (Fish Pose)
This asana opens your spine and stimulates the abdominal organs.

7. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)
This asana strengthens your back muscles and opens the chest.

8. Shalabhasana (Locust Pose)
This asana strengthens your back muscles and strengthens your spine.

9. Ushtrasana (Camel Pose)
This asana opens your chest and back, thereby improving flexibility.

10. Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)
This asana stretches your hamstrings and makes your spine flexible.

11. Twisted Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)
Deepens spinal stretch, aids digestion, and boosts balance and core strength.

11th International Yoga Day 2025
Are you ready for the 11 Yogasana Challenge Event




If you are participating in the challenge round, then you have to take special care of some things
1. Before starting the video, it is very important to choose the right place, there should be adequate light at that place.
2. There should be a light colored wall or curtain behind you.
3. At the beginning of the video, you have to introduce yourself, my name is [your name]. My age is [your age] years and I am from [your city/place]. I am participating in the 11-day yoga challenge organized by the Yogasana Book of World Records Council. I am happy to share my yoga journey with all of you. Let’s start. While starting the video, be sure to give information about yourself.
4. Your video should not stop under any circumstances, if the video stops in the middle then your asana challenge time will be considered over there.
5. The room from where you are going to start the video should have a clear vision, as well as there should be a good quality camera and you have to start the video by staying in the network zone.
6. Your camera should be set at a distance of 8 feet from the place where you start the challenge round in the last position of the asana.
7. You will upload your video on your YouTube channel and share the recording link with us, from where we will accept your challenge and consider your competition as a part of this challenge round.
8. The contestants will be of the same age group, with prizes being given to three winners.
9. The decision of all the challenge rounds will be announced on June 30. All participants will be given certificates and prizes.
10. The best video will be uploaded by the Yogasana Book of World Records Council on its Facebook account. The video with the most likes, views and shares will be specially rewarded.
11. Your asana challenge videos will be valid only if you upload them by 12 midnight on June 20.
12. In all 11 Asana Challenge Record competitions, fresh registration for each Asana will be mandatory.
13. You will not be allowed to touch the screen once the final position of the Asana is captured in your camera or video!
14. No editing of any kind will be allowed in the Asana Challenge Record.
15. This event will be held separately for both Male and Female categories.
16. You must send us the link as soon as possible within 24 hours of uploading your video on your YouTube channel.
